Capitol Valley Electric Operation’s Department is committed to provide quality electrical services to the construction industry. Our experience and expertise are diverse within the industry yet focused toward the specific needs of our clients. We offer and enforce a “Pro-Active” management philosophy with a team orientated approach to all clients and projects. This has allowed us to build a strong and diverse client base resulting in a history of result based, successful projects, giving us the opportunity to establish expertise and experience in multiple markets of our industry. Safety is a priority on every job site. We believe that every task can be performed safely and no matter how important strive to make every task safe. We conduct ongoing safety training, driver training and weekly safety meetings to ensure our employees are educated about safe practices and procedures. Our use of outside safety audits ensures that we are OSHA compliant and that our employees maintain a safety conscious perspective at all times. We feel that educated employees and frequent safety assessments ensure a safe working environment.
Dave Reis, President and C.E.O.
Dave Reis grew organically from the entry level of the Electrical Construction field to Principle. His career started with military training as an Construction Electrician in the Navy See Bees and has since complied 30 years of diverse experience in most industries within the Electrical Construction trade. Applying a honest business sense and pride in his work to the Electrical Industry Dave excelled quickly from the field to the office by setting high goals for himself and the people around him. He worked his way to executive positions with two Electrical Contractors prior to incorporating forces with a partner at Capitol Valley Electric, Inc in 2004.
Dave has guided CVE’s growth and vision as C.E.O. over 15 years with the belief in addition to providing above average quality electrical service the company’s foundation would be built with integrity and honest business practices. Collaborating the skills and talents of key employees Dave has managed the Estimating, Financing and Project Management branches of CVE instilling a team oriented “Failure is not an Option” attitude focused on individual performance from all company managers and leaders.
