Electrical Design & Build
CVE has an extensive history of successful design and build electrical projects. 90% of these projects have been performed entirely in-house, utilizing over 70 years of combined electrical construction experience within our staff. Our design build projects range from small commercial tenant improvements to 300,000 square ft. multi-use commercial buildings.
With our in-house design, engineering, and drafting capabilities, we are highly equipped to offer expedited turnaround of drawings in a fast-track environment. CVE also offers design assist and co-ventured teams leveraging our electrical construction experience and reputable engineering firms with which we have established long-term relationships.
We provide permit-ready engineered drawings based on contractor design and contractor build, per California Construction Law, for projects as small as adding circuits for new equipment to engineering entire buildings. This includes calculating customer-specific equipment loads with integration of holistic electrical system design.
Our design and build electrical packages include our proprietary stamped drawings based on architectural designs, owner design criteria, and the National Electrical Code. If required, we can provide professional insurance (Errors & Omissions) and/or a Professional Engineer’s stamp by collaborating with a few select professional PEs.
Electrical Maintenance & Repair
CVE has been providing a wide range of electrical maintenance, expansion, and emergency repair services for our commercial and industrial electrical clients over the past 15 years. Our special project department has developed a separate multi-vehicle support team, spawned from our continually growing list of satisfied clients. Most of our past and present customers request further expansion and electrical support services post construction. These long-term relationships are borne out of trust in our field crews and field management teams’ professionalism and understanding of our clients’ facilities, electrical systems, and business needs.
This department has continually grown by way of referral from satisfied customers and our reputation of understanding our clients’ needs. We have achieved this by providing expert consultation and fair pricing, paired with competent and professional electricians.
